I spent over 15 years in management before I ever called myself a "leadership consultant." Somewhere in there, I built and ran a leadership development program from the ground up — one that worked for brand new managers and C-suite executives alike, because good leadership principles don't actually change with title, only the context does.
I have over a decade of experience in real rooms, with real teams, working on real problems — the kind that don't show up in a textbook. I've been the person brought in to bring order when everything around me felt like chaos, and I've watched what actually works when you're trying to turn a good employee into a great leader, or a struggling manager into a confident one.
I started EveryoneLeads because I believe exactly what the name says: everyone leads something, whether or not it's in their job title. My work now is split between two things — consulting with individuals and businesses who want to build stronger leaders, and building a community for people who believe what I believe.
If you're a first-time manager trying to figure it out, an executive who wants a thinking partner, or a business trying to develop the next generation of leaders — that's who I'm here for.
